Who is she?
Hello! I'm Tresla (she/her), a professional coach with over 18 years of experience in operations, administration, media production, event management, and project leadership. I am currently in school seeking my Master of Social Work degree with the objective to seek Licensure. I am also certified in medical administrative office procedures, and work with therapist and psychologist to help start and streamline their private practice and compliancy.
Throughout my career, I've mastered the ability to blend creative vision with strategic execution, consistently delivering compelling results. My approach involves navigating challenges with clever, straightforward solutions that are easy to implement.
Friends and colleagues describe me as a dynamic force, infusing energy and innovation into everything I do. I am deeply committed to community involvement, and I thrive on connecting with like-minded professionals and organizations that aim to make a meaningful impact.
I created Clarity++ to acknowledge where you are right now in your present circumstances. I also am aware and recognize how present circumstances can make you feel stuck. I specialize in strategizing and developing personalized solutions that provide clear direction and exceptional outcomes.
My job is NEVER to tell you what to do, it’s to understand you and help you navigate to empower and inspire yourself to move forward.
Why I do this.
Why do I do what I do? My journey began at a point where, like many, I felt lost and directionless. It seemed everyone around me had a dream, a clear path they were destined to follow—except for me. This period of uncertainty taught me an invaluable lesson: instead of chasing a singular dream, I can focus on setting achievable goals.
The challenge, however, lies in articulating our needs and desires, which can often be daunting. Communication is a complex tool; it's about more than just words—it's about understanding the unspoken. As someone who once struggled to find my way, I became the person others could turn to for guidance.
In my role as a professional coach, I've had the privilege of decoding and clarifying the aspirations of many. In my time as a student navigating my MSW with the goal to one day become am LCSW I have learned to provide practical resources, set goals, and continue to learn to help navigate the work to simplify processes and turn it into a system that works with someone to achieve their goals. I like listening to the issue and working together to find solutions that with you.
There's a profound joy in witnessing that spark of realization in someone's eyes—the moment they see a clear path forward. With each person I help, I see them gain not only confidence in their goals but also a sense of liberation in knowing who they are and what they truly want. That is what Clarity++ is all about, feeling like you, your dreams, and your business are moving forward towards where you want to go.
This is why I coach and why I continue my education. I want to help illuminate paths not just to success, but to personal freedom and self-assurance. It’s about more than finding direction—it’s about giving others the tools to confidently navigate their journey.
